MANAGAHA

Managaha Island Approaching

Managaha is a magical little island about two miles off the northern shore of Saipan.  We awake each morning and see Managaha from our apartment window.  The island is surround by wonderful shades of green, blue and turquoise water. Tourists and locals visit the island and its beautiful white sandy beaches and enjoy the activities of snorkel, scuba, sunbathing , paragliding, banana boating and great food.  We took a little commercial craft to the island on a recent P Day.

About as far out as I was prepared to go.  I would have been able to wade out to the boat. Water is very shallow here.

  1. Hello,

I found your blog while searching images of Managaha. My name is G, and along with my family I moving to Saipan, arriving on the 11th of January. We are LDS as well and looking forward to visiting the Saipan Ward. I don't see an e-mail for you, but I wonder if I could ask you a few questions. Could you send me an e-mail at gerardvg@yahoo.com? Then I'll know how I can reach you. Your blog was a lot of fun, I have enjoyed looking through it. Thanks!

    G
